How to order from Tarka Kinder

* find the item you require
* click the “Add to Cart” button
* choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
* you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the “View cart” button
* you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.
* post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket
* click the “Proceed to Checkout” button when you have finished shopping
* fill in the order details on the secure form (Please make sure that your home address matches that of the card you are using)
* your payment will be processed via Paypal. You are not required to hold a Paypal account to place an order.

Pricing and Ordering
All prices and charges on the website are shown in UK Pounds Sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order at the checkout stage. We are not responsible for any other import duty, taxes or any additional charges for customs clearance that may be charged at the delivery destination.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask if you wish to cancel your order, continue with the order at the correct price, or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before, but not after, we accept your order.

All orders made by you through the website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and cannot be liable to you or to anyone else.

After receipt of an order we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Payment
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery charges as set out in the ‘Shipping Rates’ section. This will be confirmed to you on the final step before you click on the ‘submit order’ button.

To purchase from this web site you will need either a Credit Card or a Paypal account. All payments are collected via Paypal. Paypal can be used regardless if you have a Paypal account or not. Payment will be debited from your account upon despatch of the goods to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we cannot accept your order and cannot be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We cannot be responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.
